We're challenging you to take on something new to fundraise for us.

What is the Chough Challenge? It is whatever YOU want it to be. The challenge is your chance to take on a personal mission, big or small, to raise vital funds for our work in conservation.

Whether you choose to walk, run, cycle, swim, bake, sing, climb, paddle, dance, or dress up as a chough and flap your way around the park, every effort counts.

Your fundraising helps us to:

Re-introduce native species

Protect wild habitats

Inspire the next generation of conservationists

Your rewards

Step 2 - Set up your fundraiser

The easiest way to collect donations is online, so we'd recommend creating a JustGiving page.

Step 3 - Share your story and raise money

The people most likely to donate to your challenge are your friends and family, so make sure you share your story on social media!

Step 4 - Take on your challenge

From the 1st of August, you have one month to complete your challenge. Make sure you share your updates, and tag in Wildwood!

The Chough Challenge has been inspired by the chough's historic return with the first wild-born chough taking to the skies in Kent in 200 years!

From saving choughs from extinction to rescuing bears to releasing bison as ecosystem engineers, everything we do at Wildwood is only possible because of our incredible supporters. As a charity, we rely on donations to make sure we can continue our vital conservation work.

We're here to support you, and provide tips and advice. If you have any questions, or would like to chat to a member of the team, you can contact us at fundraising@wildwoodtrust.org.
