You will enjoy unlimited visits to both of our parks in Kent and Devon all year round (during normal opening hours) when you join our charity as a member. We are only closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. As a conservation charity dedicated to preserving British wildlife, every penny you give goes towards the upkeep of our parks, looking after our animals and our conservation projects to save some of Britain’s most threatened species.
If you love your day out and decide to join whilst you are at the park, you can join up to our membership scheme before you leave (at Visitor Services) and receive 3 months free on your membership! Please speak to one of the team for more information.
Please allow up to two weeks for your membership pack to arrive, however you can enter the park on the same day if joining at the park. We will provide you with a temporary card to use until your joining pack arrives.
Members that require a carer can have an additional person on their membership for free. This means that an adult accompanying the member as a carer, can visit the park at no additional cost. We may require some proof, so please bring some identification to avoid any delays.
Yes we do. Our Gold membership is specifically designed for this, as we strongly believe in assisting disadvantaged groups to be able to visit the park and enjoy our animals and wildlife all through the year, allowing opportunities that would not always be available. Please see ‘Special Needs / Social Needs Groups’ under the Membership section of our website.
Children under three years of age can visit for free, though we do request that all children are still listed on the membership.
When your child reaches three you will need to upgrade your membership, or purchase a day ticket for them to visit. You can upgrade your membership when visiting the park, or call us for more information at Kent on 01227 712111 or Devon on 01404 822188.
