Do you offer memberships for organisations that provide services for people with special and/or social needs?

Yes we do. Our Gold membership is specifically designed for this, as we strongly believe in assisting disadvantaged groups to be able to visit the park and enjoy our animals and wildlife all through the year, allowing opportunities that would not always be available. Please see ‘Special Needs / Social Needs Groups’ under the Membership section of our website.

Children under three years of age can visit for free, though we do request that all children are still listed on the membership.

My partner / second named adult on the membership is not here on our first visit, can they still be included?

Yes, make sure to complete all details for those persons that you wish to be on the membership.

Can I add a second adult and upgrade my membership at a later date?

Yes. For monthly paid memberships you can advise us on your next visit to upgrade your membership – you will need to provide us with your bank details. For annual paid memberships you can do this at the park or by calling us at Kent on 01227 712111 or Escot on 01404 822188 and pay the difference for the rest of the year.

I have lost my membership card, what do I do?
