We quality check all of our products before sending to customers, however in the unlikely event that there is a fault, we will accept returns if the product is in its original condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept returns if the product has been used and tags removed, or if damage occurs through normal wear and tear.

Please allow up to 14 days for shipping due to the possible delays with Royal Mail. Parcels will be posted weekly.
If ordering for collection, you will be contacted via email to arrange a date to pick up your item from our park at Wildwood Kent.
