Thing to know:
Night Tours are VIP guided tours that coincide with the full moon, giving you a chance to encounter our animals in a new light.
- Our vouchers are delivered by email (if you do not receive your voucher code, please check your spam folder). If you wish to also post the voucher as a gift, then enter details as requested. If you already know the date you wish to book, then please purchase a night tour or twilight tour rather than a voucher.
- Please note that our experiences are very popular and book up quickly.

Guided tours include a hot meal in our restaurant, served 30 minutes before the start of the tour.

Minimum age ten years.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Depending on time of year, our night tours occur either during twilight or full darkness. Please be aware that full-dark experiences are not suitable to visitors with impaired mobility e.g. wheelchairs, motor scooters or mobility aids.
