Rewilding is the new conservation buzzword but what exactly does it mean? This short online course aims to demystify the term and explain how rewilding may be defined, outline the ecological principles underpinning it and examine some of the rewilding projects in action in the UK and Europe. It will look at the role of large herbivores, beavers and large carnivores and ask if Britain is really ready to rewild.
